Åbo IFK (shortened to ÅIFK) is a sports club in Turku, Finland. It was founded in 1908.
AIFK formerly consisted of a hockey section, which played in the top-level SM-sarja intermittently from the 1920s through the 1940s.
The hockey team became independent from the sports club in 1967, forming Kiekko-67 Turku.
