The Kopa Euskadi is a tournament that has been organized for teams in the Basque Country region of Spain on occasion. It was held in 1978-79, 1992-93, 2002-03, and 2007-08.

1992-93: CHH Txuri Urdin
2003: CH Gasteiz (beat CHH Txuri Urdin 6-3, 9-1^[1])
2008: Anglet Hormadi Élite (beat CHH Txuri Urdin 4-2 on April 26, 2008 - CH Gasteiz withdrew)
