The 1951 Goodall Cup was the 30th edition of the inter-state series between Victoria and New South Wales. It was won by Victoria, who claimed the championship for the 7th time in total, and the first since 1949. They would retain the trophy until 1963.

It was the last cup contested at "half strength" due to the demise of the Victorian Ice Hockey League.
