The 1962-63 Romanian Hockey League season was the 35th season of the Romanian Hockey League. Six teams participated in the league, and Vointa Miercurea Ciuc won the championship.

Bucharest Championship

On December 20 on the the Metropolitan (Bucharest) championship began with Steaua, Știința, Dinamo and Unirea (which Constructoul was amalgamated into) participating. A championship with eight junior teams (split into two series) was also played. The teams were Unirea, SSE 2 (which featured two teams), Steaua (also entered two teams), Olimpia, Dinamo and Voința. Steaua won the senior competition while Unirea finished atop the junior championship.
