The [[Bahraini National Team]] made its debut on January 8, 2010, playing a friendly game against [[Kuwait]], which they lost 10-3. They participated in the Premier Division of the [[2011 Asian Winter Games]] ice hockey tournament, failing to win a game while being outscored 138-11 in six games. Bahrain later competed at the [[2012 Gulf Ice Hockey Championship]] and the 2014 [[Desert Cup]].
