Upon Pallo Lahti was a sports club in Lahti, Finland. Nowadays it is known as FC Kuusysi and operates a men's and women's football club. It was known as Upon Pallo from 1963-1969, when the club had a connection with UPO, a local appliance manufacturer.

The club formerly had an ice hockey section which was promoted to the SM-sarja after a first place finish in the Western Group of the Suomi-sarja in 1967.

Using the money from their sponsor, Upon Pallo bought players from other SM-sarja clubs following their promotion to the league. This was one of the first forays into professionalism, mirroring the tactics of RU-38 Pori several years prior.

Upon Pallo played two seasons in the SM-sarja (1967-68 and 1968-69), finishing in fifth place on both occasions.
