The Thunder Bay Senior Hockey League was played in the Thunder Bay region of Ontario from 1911 to 1922.

It was founded as the Twin City Amateur Hockey League for the 1911-12 season. The twin cities referred to Port Arthur and Fort William. The professional New Ontario Hockey League was also in existence at this time.

The Twin City League featured four teams - two from Port Arthur (including the Thunder Bays) and two from Fort William (including the Fairviews). M.J. McGuire was elected as the first president of the league. He was succeeded by C.E. Chapple.

It was renamed the Thunder Bay Amateur Hockey League for the 1912-13 season. John Hodder served as president in 1913-14, and Dr. J.C. Gillie in 1914-15. The Thunder Bay Amateur Hockey Association was established around November 1915. Thereafter, the league was generally known as the Thunder Bay Senior Hockey League.
