Rudolf Eisenhardt (born December 1, 1915 was a Norwegian hockey player. He played three games for the Norwegian National Team at the 1938 World Championship.

Eisenhardt played club hockey for Grane SK from 1934-1939. He also played bandy hockey and coached the national team in that sport.
