The Romanian Hockey League - Division 2 formerly served as the second level of ice hockey in Romania. It is known to have existed at least between 1968-1991.

All five teams in the league withdrew at the conclusion of the 1990-91 season, leaving Romania with only a single league, the Romanian Hockey League
