Mario Maiocchi (born April 27, 1913) was a Italian hockey player. He was a member of the Italian National Team at the 1935 World Championship and the 1936 Winter Olympics, playing in a total of six games.

At the club level, Maiocchi played for HC Diavoli Rossoneri Milano.
