Hugh Stowell Pedley (December 8, 1888 - January 31, 1918) was a Canadian-born hockey player who was a member of the French National Team at the 1913 LIHG Championship. He also played club hockey for Club des Patineurs de Paris during the 1912-13 season.

He was killed while fighting in World War I.
