HK Concept Riga was an ice hockey team in Riga, Latvia. The club played in the Latvian Hockey League during the 2008-09 season. They finished first in the regular season but fell to DHK Latgale in the playoff quarterfinals.

Concept Riga was succeeded by HK SMScredit in 2009.
