HK Brezno is an ice hockey team in Brezno, Slovakia. The club was founded in 1935 and plays in the third-tier Slovak 2.Liga.

The club took part in the second-level Slovak 1.Liga from 2009 to 2011. Before that Brezno had played in the 2.Liga from 1997 to 2009.
