HC Otkan Perm is an ice hockey team in Perm, Russia. The club was founded in 2008.

They played in the third-level Russian Hockey League from 2008-2011, before joining the Minor Hockey League Division B for the 2011-12 season.

Otkan Perm won the Regions Cup as MHL-B champions the same year, and earned promotion to the top division Minor Hockey League for the following season.
