Franciczek Glowacki (December 15, 1910 - May 3, 1989) was a Polish hockey player. He played three games for the Polish National Team at the 1935 World Championship.

At the club level, Glowacki played for Legia Warszawa from 1932-1936 and KS Warszawianka in 1936-37.
