Rapid Bucuresti was an ice hockey team in Bucharest, Romania. They participated in the Romanian Hockey League, the top level of ice hockey in Romania.

The club was founded in 1940 as part of the Rapid Bucuresti sports club. The ice hockey section was discontinued in 2002.

History

Rapid initially played in the Romanian Championship during the 1939-40 season. They became Romanian champions with a 5-2 victory over Venus Bucharest in the final.

The hockey team then lay dormant until 1999, when it was resurrected to play two more seasons in the Romanian Hockey League.
