The 2012-13 Liga Nacional de Hockey Hielo Femenino was the fifth season of the national women's competition in Spain. Four teams participated in the league, and Majadahonda won the championship.
Regular season
The Majadahonda and Valladolid clubs were divided into two teams for the regular season.
