The 1981 Korea Domestic Championship (December) was the 36th edition of the competition. It was contested from December 9-11, 1981.

  • 12/10: Yonsei University - Korea University 5:4 (1:2, 1:1, 3:1)

  • 12/11: Kwangwoon University - Yonsei University 6:4 (1:3, 4:0, 1:1)
  • 12/11: Korea University - Kyunghee University 7:3 (3:2, 2:0, 2:1)

Yonsei won the championship due to their head to head victory over Korea.
