The 1946-47 Scottish National League season was the 12th season of the Scottish National League, the top level of ice hockey in Scotland. It was the first season to be played since 1939-40, due to World War II.

Seven teams participated in the league, and the Perth Panthers won the regular season championship. The Dunfermline Vikings won the Anderson Trophy as playoff champions.

The competition was also known as the Scottish National Tournament for this one season only.
