Boston Olympics won the Hershey, Boardwalk, and Walker Cups, respectively, as the first place team in the three parts of the season.

The U.S. Coast Guard Cutters dropped out of the league on November 28, 1943 (record of 7-4-0, GF-GA 66:30) and the New Haven Eagles (record of 1-11-0, GF-GA 35:76) withdrew on December 5, 1943. The Brooklyn Crescents then entered the league, and players were transferred to the team from the remaining EHL teams
