The 1931 Bulgarian Cup was the fifth edition of the tournament. It was won by Slavia Sofia.

The competition was held at the Katoka Ice Rink in Ruse.

First round

Slavia Sofia and Balkan Gabrovo received byes to the semifinals.

Semifinals

  • Slavia Sofia 5 - Hockey Club Sofia 2
  • Balkan Gabrovo 5 - Atletik Sofia 2

3rd place

  • Atletik Sofia 3 - Hockey Club Sofia 2

Final

  • Slavia Sofia 7 - Balkan Gabrovo 2
