The 1928 Bulgarian Cup was the second edition of the tournament. It was won by Slavia Sofia.

The competition was held at the ice rink in the Ivan Hadjiberov Park in Gabrovo.

First round

Atletik Sofia received a bye to the second round.

Second round

  • Balkan Gabrovo 9 - Atletik Sofia 4

Slavia Sofia received a bye to the final round.

Final

  • Slavia Sofia 3 - Balkan Gabrovo 2
