The Hans Teengs Gerritsen Cup was a tournament contested in the Netherlands.
The cup was competed for by the remaining teams in the 2e Divisie (known as the 1e Divisie from 1991-1993) who failed to qualify for the promotion round to the Eredivisie from 1988-1993.
It was a classification tournament for teams in the third-level 2e Divisie in 1993-94. In the 1994-95 season, it served as a competition to decide the fifth-through-seventh place teams in the Dutch Cup.
From 1995-2000, the cup was contested by teams vying for fifth place in the Eredivisie.
