Universitatea Sibiu was a sports club in Sibiu, Romania. In 1940, Universitatea Cluj moved from Cluj to Sibiu as a result of the Second Vienna Award, which ceded the northern part of Transylvania to Hungary.

The hockey team withdrew from the Northern Regional Championship in 1943. In 1944, they qualified for the Romanian Championship from the Central Regional Championship. "U" finished third after falling to Venus Bucharest and Juventus Bucharest.
