SS Muresul Târgu Mures was a sports club in Târgu Mures, Romania. It was founded in 1921.

The hockey team won the Liga Regionala de Centrala in 1938 and qualified for the Romanian Championship. They also earned a spot in the national championship in 1939 (the tournament was cancelled), and 1940, where they defeated Dragos Voda Cernauti to claim third place.

The club did not take part in any subsequent championships and was dissolved in 1944. A later team in the city by the name of Locomotiva RATA Târgu Mureș won two Romanian Championships in the 1950s.
