Polonia Cernauti was an ethnic Polish sports club located in the Romanian city of Cernauti (now Chernivitsi, Ukraine). The club was established in 1907. Their jerseys were red and white, the same colors as the Polish flag.

Polonia's hockey team played in the regional Bukovina Championship and later the Liga Regionala du Nord during the 1930s.

The club assumed the name Wawel Cernauti in October 1935. It was dissolved in 1940 following the Soviet occupation of Bukovina.
