Dragos Voda Cernauti

Dragos Voda Cernauti was a sports club based in Cernauti, Romania (now Chernivitsi within the country of Ukraine). The club was founded in 1909.

Dragos Voda's hockey section finished third in the regional Bukovina Championship in 1931, and won the championship the following year. They also made it to the finals of the 1931-32 Romanian Championship, losing 2-0 to Tenis Club Roman Bucharest.

The most accomplished team in the region, Dragos Voda won the Bukovina Championship in four straight years from 1932 to 1935 and also enjoyed success in its successor competition, the Liga Regionala du Nord. In the national championship, they were eliminated in the semifinals in 1934, finished second in the standings in 1935, and fell 3-2 to HC Bragadiru Bucharest in the final in 1936.

They finished in a three-way tie atop the standings with Bragadiru and Telefon Club Bucharest in 1937. The three clubs were knotted at 14 points apiece, but Dragos Voda finished second on goal differential. The pinnacle came the following year, when the club won their first and only Romanian Championship, which was held in Cernauti.

After defeating SS Muresul Târgu Mures 2-0 in the first game of the tournament, the game between Muresul and Telefon Club Bucharest was halted due to unruly spectators with Telefon ahead 5-0. The club's management elected to leave Cernauti, granting Dragos Voda the title by default.

The club qualified for the 1939 national championship, which was cancelled, and lost in the third place game in 1940. They later forfeited their participation in the 1943 and 1944 seasons; the latter of which after believing the federation misled them that the championship would be staged in Cernauti.

Dragos Voda Cernauti was dissolved in 1946.
