Kresy Tarnopol is a defunct Polish sports club, which was located in Tarnopol, southeastern Poland (now: Ternopil, Ukraine).

The club fielded an ice hockey team for the first time in 1932 and participated in the regional Lwów Championship during the 1930s.

Kresy ceased to exist in September 1939, after German and Soviet aggression against Poland.
