Diavoli Nerazzurri (also called Diavoli Nero Azzurri) was an ice hockey team in Milan, Italy. The club was founded for the 1938-39 season by the A.S. Ambrosiana-Inter football club president, Fernando Pozzani.

They faced AC Milanese DG for the 1938-39 Coppa del Federale. Nerazzurri won two of the three games and won the cup in the only year it was staged.

The following year, the club was absorbed into the FISG, but not dissolved, though they did not return to play again.
