HC Milan 24 is an inline and former ice hockey team in Milan, Italy.
The ice hockey section was borne out of the old HC Milano Saima club, which was sold and became HC Milan 24 in 1995. They reached the finals of the Serie A in both seasons of their existence (1995-96 and 1996-97), falling to HC Bolzano both times.
HC Milan 24 also played in the Alpenliga during the 1995-96 and 1996-97 seasons.
