Western Division

The Duluth Zephyrs were forced to withdraw in mid-February after the roof at the local Ampitheatre Rink collapsed. They had a record of 12-11-3-27 85:63.

The Eastern Division Duluth Zephyrs also withdrew with a record of 7-2-2-16 48:27 on February 14.

Eveleth was awarded the Norris Trophy, emblematic of the league season's championship, when Geraldton cancelled a post-season series between the two teams.
