Spartakiade Tournament
The second round of the competition was played as a tournament within the Spartakiade, which was considered by all clubs in the region to be the wrong decision by the NVTVS. The regional champion Jiskra Chropyně did not score a single point. "With this intervention, the entire championship of last season was greatly distorted and we can say irregular," wrote the then chairman of TJ Spartak Gottwaldov, Ludvík Dufek, in the preserved archives of the club.
