Balkan Gabrovo was an ice hockey team in Gabrovo, Bulgaria. The club participated in the Bulgarian Championship in its various forms and names from 1927 to 1943.

Gabrovo won the 1934 Bulgarian Cup and the 1939 Cup of BSIHF. They played at the Ivan Hadzhiberov Park.
