Hockey Club Temirtau (Kazakh: «Теміртау» хоккей клубы) is the farm team of Saryarka Karagandy.[1] Founded in 2012 as Saryarka–2, they became Berkut in 2013 and Temirtau in 2015. They formerly played in the Kazakhstan Hockey Championship, the top level of ice hockey in Kazakhstan.
The team is now a member of the Jastar Hokei Ligasy, the junior level of ice hockey in Kazakhstan. They serve as the minor league affiliate of Saryarka Karagandy, who plays in the Kazakh-based Pro Hokei Ligasy.[2] In 2017 they took on the name Yunost, and became Qyran in 2019 and Temirtau in 2023. The men's team went inactive on 2022, and they currently have a junior team.
