MAC Budapest is a Hungarian ice hockey team that currently plays in the Erste Liga. They play their home games at Tüskecsarnok, located in Budapest.

The club also had an active ice hockey section during the 1910s and 1920s. The team's more recent lineage can be traced back to KSI Budapest. In 1987, KSI closed their ice hockey division, which was taken under the wing of Liget SE Budapest. In 1989, Liget SE adopted the name Népstadion Szabadidá Egyesület (NSZE). Another transformation followed in 1993, when NSZE merged into the Magyar Athletic Club.

In 2015 the MAC adult professional team, also known as MAC HKB Újbuda, was formed and began competing in the Erste Liga. In their first year of competition they would finish second in the regular season, and would reach the league finals, being swept in 4 games by DVTK Jegesmedvék. In their second season MAC would once again finish the regular season in 2nd place. They won their first playoff series 4-1 over Fehérvári Titanok, as well as their second over Debreceni HK in the semi-final 4-1. In the final they would be swept four games to one by the defending champions DVTK Jegesmedvék to once again finish in second place overall.

In 2018 the team joined the Slovak Extraliga, which it remained in until 2020. Since 2022 the club has been known as Budapest Jégkorong Akadémia Hockey Club.
