The Jr. A Suomi-sarja (formerly the Jr. A II-Divisioona and previously the Jr. A Suomi-Sarja [its most recent name]) is the third level of under 20 ice hockey in Finland. It was not played from 2021-2023.

  • 2023-24: K-Espoo II (Group 1), KJT Haukat Ak (Group 2), TPS Ak (Group 3), Laser HT (Group 4)
  • 2019-20: not completed due to COVID-19 pandemic
  • 2018-19: RoKi (Group 1), Pyry (Group 2)
  • 2017-18: Pyry (Group 1), KOOVEE (Group 2)
  • 2016-17: Kiekko-Laser (Group 1), GrIFK (Group 2)
  • 2015-16: Pyry and HYRI qualified for promotion round
  • 2014-15: FoPS and KOOVEE were promoted from Group 1; Kettera and Titaanit were promoted from Group 2
  • 2013-14: EKS, HCK and GrIFK were promoted from Group 1; Titaanit, Kettera, and PEPO were promoted from Group 2
  • 2012-13: Jukurit

II-Divisioona

  • 2011-12: SaPKo Savonlinna (Group 1), Virumaki (Group 2), VG-62 Naantali (Group 3)
  • 2010-11: SaPKo Savonlinna (Group 1), Kiekko-Espoo (Group 2), LeKi Lampaala (Group 3)
