The Russian Regional Hockey League is an amateur ice hockey league based in Russia. It is divided into Eastern (Division 1 and 2), Western (Division 1 and 2), and Central (Divisions 1, 2 and 3) conferences.
There was an earlier version of the regional league that ran until 2022, and was composed of Nizhny Novgorod, Yaroslavl, Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Saratov, and Volgograd regions.
"The league was founded in 2012 and is one of the largest amateur leagues in Russia. More than 80 clubs from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod, Volgograd, Saratov, Saransk, Dzerzhinsk, and other cities, including more than 3,000 amateur hockey players, take part in the RHL."
