This was the 2011-12 Kremenchuk Championship, played in the eponymous area of Ukraine:

Results

Based on the results of the regular season, the following qualified for the playoffs: HC Kremenchuk, HC Kremenchuk Wheels, HC Kremen im. Litvina and HC Kremenchuk-2. HC Meteor (Molodezhny) and HC Iceberg (Komsomolsk) did not advance.

Semifinals
  • HC Kremenchuk Wheels - HC Kremen im. Litvina 5:0, 4:1
  • HC Kremenchuk - HC Kremenchuk-2 8:1, 5:4
Final
  • HC Kremenchuk - HC Kremenchuk Wheels 7:1
3rd place
