  • March 13: Quebec Loyolas - Kensington 2:1
  • March 16: Quebec Loyolas - Kensington

Note: it seems the second game was not played, as it was noted the winner of Westmount - Kensington was to face the Loyolas for the provincial title.

Final

  • March 21: Montreal Westmount - Kensington not played due to poor ice
