The 1994-95 German 2. Liga season was the first season of the 2. Liga as the new third-tier German hockey league. Grefrather EV won the championship.

Due to a counterfeit passport scandal, EV Dingolfing had all their points docked and the championship of the 2. Liga South stripped retroactively. Their official record went down as 0-0-30, with 6 goals for and 155 against.
