Heinrich "Heini" Lohrer (June 29, 1918 - December 12, 2011) was a Swiss hockey player. He played for the Swiss National Team at four World Championships and the 1948 Winter Olympics between 1937 and 1949.

Lohrer spent most of his club career with Zurcher SC, but did play for EHC Arosa in 1948-49.
