Henri Poncet was a Swiss hockey player. He appeared in two games for the Swiss National Team at the 1929 European Championship.

At the club level, Poncet played his entire career with AEHC Zurich. He also competed for Switzerland in field hockey at the 1928 Summer Olympics.
