Dr. Friedrich Hermann Heinrich "Fritz" Kraatz (February 4, 1906 - January 15, 1992) was a Swiss hockey player. He was a member of the Swiss National Team at five major tournaments between 1925 and 1930.

At the club level, Kraatz played for HC Davos. He was twice president of the International Ice Hockey Federation (1947-1948 and 1951-1954).
