This is the 1922-23 Maritimes Senior Playoffs to determine a regional champion. The teams were not affiliated with the Canadian Amateur Hockey Association so they could not compete for the Allan Cup.

Five teams competed for a cup put up by the C.P. Moore Company. Ashby beat Holy Redemeer and St. Thomas defeated Falmouth in the semifinals. Rockdale drew a bye and played off with St. Thomas, the latter team finally winning out.
