Ernest Jacquet (September 25, 1886 – September 30, 1969) was a Swiss hockey player. He played two games for the Swiss National Team at the 1924 Winter Olympics.
Jacquet also enjoyed a long club career with HC Rosey Gstaad. He was an executive for the Swiss Ice Hockey Federation.
