The 2018 IIHF Women's World Championship Division I was two international ice hockey tournaments organised by the International Ice Hockey Federation. The Division I Group A tournament was played in Vaujany, France,[1] and the Division I Group B tournament was played in Asiago, Italy,[2] both from 8 to 14 April 2018.

France won the Division I Group A tournament and moved up to the Top Division, while Italy became the champions of Division I Group B and will play in the Division I Group A tournament next year.[3][4]
