Erik "Lillis" Persson (November 19, 1909 - February 1, 1989) was a Swedish hockey player who was a member of the Swedish National Team at the 1932 European Championship and the 1937 World Championship.

Persson spent most of his club career with AIK IF. He was also a talented football player who represented Sweden at the 1938 FIFA World Cup.
