Karl-Erik Gustaf Furst (August 19, 1910 - November 27, 1998) was a Swedish hockey player who played for the Swedish National Team at the 1932 European Championship, scoring three goals in six games.

At the club level, Furst was a member of UoIF Matteuspojkarna and AIK IF.
