Erik Lindgren (December 20, 1902 - July 23, 1973) was a Swedish hockey player who was a member of the Swedish National Team at the 1931 World Championship and the 1932 European Championship.

He played for Djurgårdens IF Hockey for the majority of his club career, but did spend the 1934-35 season with IK Göta Ishockey.
