Henryk Jarecki (born 1919) was a Polish hockey player. He played five games for the Polish National Team at the 1939 World Championship, scoring one goal.

At the club level, Jarecki played for KS Warszawianka in 1937-38 and Dab Katowice in 1938-39.

He fought in World War II as a member of the German Luftwaffe.
